She fell in love with the industry in 2010 because it revealed her passion for helping people to live their best lives. Brian Soderberg

Bryan came to The Hire with a degree from Bryant and after spending the first few years of his career working in the manufacturing industry.

He changed professions and hit the ground running, being recognized as rookie of the year by one of the largest recruiting firms in the world! What prompted him to make a move was the realization that he had an opportunity to impact accountants interested in advancing their careers. Bryan takes great pride in doing what’s best for each individual and client - only putting individuals in situations that set them up to be better off than they were before.
